PRIVATE ADVISORY · LOS ANGELES / NEW YORK
Connector & Operator
Bringing the right people to the table
PRACTICE
Four functions. One phone call.
-
Structure
Deal and entity architecture. How the transaction, the company, and the cap table should be built, negotiated at the table and structured to hold.
-
Capital
Raises, acquisitions, and exits. Positioning, terms, and in many cases the investors themselves.
-
Operations
Embedded operator work alongside founders: sharpening the vision into an executable plan, building the team around it, and cutting the burn that doesn’t serve it.
-
Access
Introductions made with intent, between principals who should know each other and don’t yet. Some of the most valuable work never appears on an invoice.
OPERATOR
The strategist behind the leadership.
Yorgos Papadopoulos is an operator, transaction facilitator, and repeat co-founder, admitted to the New York bar in 2017. Based in Los Angeles, he works from idea to commercialization. He is the connector between the founder, the capital, the counsel, and the people who build the company.
He raises capital for his own ventures and for the founders he backs. On his own founding team, he negotiated a $2 million investment from a Fortune 100 into a Shanghai venture. For others, he has closed rounds from a beverage brand’s $1.5 million raise to institutional capital across technology and infrastructure.
His work spans infrastructure above 500MW, franchise systems, venture-backed technology, consumer brands, and family offices, including a private network of more than 40. He works from inside the company, as its operator and, where he holds the role, its counsel. Formal filings run with licensed local counsel.
